Are any of you on anxiety/depression medicine? I started about 2 weeks ago and honestly I feel worse. I’m just going to tell my doctor that I can’t take them any more because this feeling is not worth it.

What are you feeling like? Is it nauseous or feeling more anxious? If nausea sometime taking half the med in the morning and half at night helps. If more anxious it might be taking time to work in system. It takes about four weeks to really track and notice. Something I have done is will rank how I felt during the day. My mornings always started out shitty. Usually from one to five, they were a one. By the end of the day I would be about three or four. If you right it down though It is easier to monitor the positive progress you are making too. Gone through bouts of both about four times now. That is something that helped me, take it or leave it up to you. I wish the meds would work automatically but alas not an option. Try to see your doctor often if you can while adjusting. They will notice things and it makes it easier for them to monitor you and notice any changes, good or bad. Hang in there!
